Hey, I'm Greg

I'm a software engineer — Angular is my specialization, but I enjoy writing code whatever the technology. It's been nine years, and I'm still curious.

Programming caught me early. I didn't have a computer as a kid, so I asked my mother to buy me books about it and read those instead. It fascinated me before I could even run anything. Later, at school, I finally got to run my own code — just a simple program that drew a picture out of dots and lines and made it move, written in BASIC. And that was it — I was in love.

I've been writing Angular since version 4 in 2017. I've also worked with React and Next.js, and with Go and PostgreSQL on the backend. Along the way I've led a small team, reviewed a lot of other people's code, and spent a stretch as head of frontend across several product teams.
