Thanks for reaching out @fairviewdeveloper. Yes, this is possible. You can check the activity log on any work item, it tracks every change made, including state changes, assignee changes, and more. Just open the work item detail page and head to the Activity tab at the bottom.
If you’re looking to see previous versions of the ticket description specifically, that’s not available yet. Currently, Plane only records that the description was updated, not the actual changes or previous versions. It’s already on our roadmap though, we just don’t have an ETA on it yet.
